A working system · not a demo

You don't implement AI.
You implement people into ai.

A multi-LLM operating system inside a live development-finance practice. Verified files, decision logs, three independent verification loops.

Manifesto

Five values.
Each one verifiable.

Behind each value is a mechanism the client can verify in our documents.

ObjectivityWe report what the numbers show. A «no-deal» verdict is a standard outcome of our work.Verified: panel verdicts are recorded in the decision log; rejection is a standard outcome of the method
Clean incentivesPaid by one side of the deal only. Conflicts of interest are declared before the work starts.Verified: the client-only fee rule is written into the engagement contract
TransparencyEvery figure carries its source: a document, a calculation, or an assumption.Verified: [DOCUMENT]/[CALCULATION]/[ASSUMPTION] labels in every report, 90% threshold
Competitive edgeBank-grade methodology at AI speed. The standing to demand the best terms for the client.Verified: deal terms at intake and at close, side by side in the client report
Expertise20+ years in project finance. 500,000+ m² of delivered projects.Verified: the methods are published in the book; the counters on this page come from system journals
Principles

Eleven working principles.

The operating rules behind every artifact we deliver. Values say who we are; principles say how the system works.

Intake and verification
Primary sources firstPrimary documents before conclusionsNo conclusions exist until the source materials have been read. Questions to the client cover only what the documents do not contain.
Every figure sourcedEvery figure carries a sourceA document, a calculation, or an assumption. At least 90% of the claims in our materials are labeled by origin.
Independent verificationVerification is independentRoles are set against each other; when the cost of error is high, no model confirms its own work.
Governance
Human in the loopA human stays in the loopThe system prepares calculations and checks documents; decisions, signatures, payments and outbound correspondence stay with a human.
Decision LogA written decision logEvery significant decision is recorded: grounds, confidence, review date. Outdated decisions are re-raised explicitly, never reused silently.
Cost-of-error routingThe cost of error sets the loopNot every task needs the strongest model: verification power scales with the cost of error — from technical operations to critical decisions.
Data
Confidence DecayData has a shelf lifeEvery fact loses weight without confirmation: financial data in hours, market data in days, regulation in weeks.
Data stays with the clientData stays with the clientLocal storage and backups; the provider receives the materials of a specific task, not the whole base. Personal data and bank secrecy are minimized.
Memory and growth
Every result is an artifactResults become artifactsNothing lives only in chat: a file with a date, a version and a storage location. A successful result becomes a reference standard.
Handoff protocolHandover without lossContext moves between sessions, models and people as written packages, not as one participant's memory. The system does not depend on any single model or person.
Incidents become rulesThe system learns from failuresAn incident becomes a new rule the same day. Recurring failures are eliminated as a class, not one by one.
System

A system built from ordinary components.

There is no custom software: models, a folder of Markdown files, roles and procedures. Architecture determines the result, not the models. The unit of work is a verified file with sources, a version and a storage location.

$100M+project value in the loop
500,000+ m²verified by the system
62reference methods
41roles in the system
54logged decisions
Memory

Vault

One fact — one file. Raw sources, knowledge and work are kept in separate layers. A contradiction between pages is a separate finding.

Roles

41 roles

Text instructions built on our documents, our mistakes and bank requirements. A role defines a standard of work, not a character.

Control

Journals

Decisions with confidence and review dates, incidents dissected the day they happen, weekly growth reviews, monthly revisions.

Every task passes through one cycle.

Conclusions appear only after the primary materials have been read. The result always becomes a project artifact.

IntakeBy voice or a batch of edits
Primary documentsRead everything before concluding
WorkA calculation, a model or a document
VerificationIndependent loops
DeliveryA file with a date and version
MemoryThe knowledge and the method are recorded

Loop power follows the cost of error.

Not every task needs the strongest model and full verification. When the cost of error is high, no model confirms its own work.

Reliability comes from procedures,
not from a model's confident tone.

[DOCUMENT]
[CALCULATION]
[ASSUMPTION]

At least 90% of the claims in our materials carry an origin label. Financial models pass three independent verification loops: a recalculation by a separate script, control checks in Excel, and a live test of the driving parameters.

Results

Anonymized results
from live projects.

Client, project, operator and bank names are removed. The figures come from the system's journals.

$30Ma loan raised for a new client in 30 days; the financial model ran 99 scenarios
≈$3.5Ma tax exposure identified before the decision on a ready deal
≈$10Ma collateral release plan: a bank-approved letter package in 3 days across three credit facilities
6,199 filesa full first-pass audit of a contract archive, 276 lots, in about an hour
115 documentsa bank package reconciliation, 31 discrepancies found, full cycle in 30 minutes
≈$350/m²of interest inside the price per square meter: a rate engine calibrated on three independent projects

Source: system journals, W29–W35 2026. Roles are deliberately set against each other: the analyst assembles the deal, the «bank» checks the product and the collateral, the tax desk hunts for what was not modeled. Synthesis happens only after the claims are checked against primary documents.

AI experts

A role defines a standard of work.

An instruction, a mandatory context and a form of result. Eight working roles out of forty-one:

Credit analystScoring, models, covenants, credit memos
Bank simulatorProduct, term sheet, document gaps, committee questions
Tax risk deskCounterarguments, expected values, irreversible facts
Valuation and corporate financeBusinesses, stakes, rates and deal analytics
Closing analystRate, dashboard, report and the executive agenda
Payment calendarAccounting registers, deficits and coverage sources
Head of developmentLand, permits, project stages and JVs
Contract lawyerAgreements, obligations and discrepancies
Book and course

The methodology is open.

The system is described in a book and taught in a course. You can start without a separate budget or programmers.

White-label

The same system —
inside your group.

Launch requires no separate budget and no programmers. It takes one regular process with a verifiable result.

Step 1

One process

A payment calendar or a monthly close — a process that repeats and gets verified.

Step 2

A recording rule

Every successful result becomes a reference standard. A new task starts from the standard, not from scratch.

Step 3

A verification protocol

A source for every figure and conclusions only after the documents. Target state: the system builds the report in your format, a human verifies the result.

Security boundaries

Your data stays with you

Local storage and backups; the provider receives the materials of a specific task, not the whole base. Personal data and bank secrecy are minimized. Signatures, payments and outbound correspondence are performed only by humans.

Economics

The main investment is the executive's time

Subscriptions run $100–200 per seat per month at public rates. The economic effect is measured in prevented errors and task turnaround, not in subscription costs.
